I cannot keep up with a weekly planner; I use a digital one. I have a handwritten journal I use when I can, and I journal every night about what I'm grateful for and what I bought that day via the computer. I also have "bare minimum mode" where I note down grateful things (instead of telling the whole story) and note down purchases (instead of all the feelings associated with them) and then will come back on another day, be reminded of the story/feelings from the minimal notes I wrote, and flesh things out. It's been working for over a month and has really helped me be more intentional all around!

Thanks for sharing, Kathy Ellen! It's so wonderful to jot down things we feel grateful for (I do that too!). :-D
